Our World - Corn for winter

Last week we bought 4 dozen ears of corn at our favorite farm outlet just over the border in Pennsylvania. We shuck it, blanch it and cut it off the cob. Then it gets put into 2-serving sized freezer bags. We will have corn all winter long

Great idea!
Nicely presented.

That's a lot of work, but it will taste so good in winter! Enjoy.
