Our World - Taco soup

Marianne made a double receipe of taco soup yesterday to put in the freezer. It is one of our favorite winter meals. Pull 2 pints out of the freezer, heat, add a little cheese and serve with fritos or crackers. The recipe is on Marianne's web site Taco Soup.

And yes, we had some for dinner!

It looks good and I know it's yummy. I should do more freezing. I love anything spicy and warm especially in the winter time!

Happy day!! :-)

This is one of our favorite soups. I add sliced olives and garnish with avocado. We make a big batch of soup and eat on it for a week at a time. Sometimes we divide it and freeze half. That way we switch back and forth between two during the week. My brother's friend serves this with "Gringo Cornbread" which contains chilis and creamed corn.
