Sky Watch - Approaching storm

We have been having our summer thunder storms early this year. This one was on on May 29. The first shot was 6:18 PM, the others about 2 hours later. The colorful streak appeared suddenly. I thought it might be arainbow forming, but no circle of color appeared in the sky. As I post this there are wide spread storms across the area with some tornado warnings.

That is a very interesting colour streak. As you say, seems like it should be a rainbow. Storms do create amazing skies for sure.
