My World - Small flyers

Two hummingbirds have been visiting our feeder for a while; zipping in quickly for a sip or two and then disappearing. Sometimes both would feed and at other times they would chase each other away. Occasionally, they would feed when we were sitting on the bench near the feeder. On Friday this one spent over a minute feeding at the Verbena flowers on the patio, giving me time to get a dozen shots.

Lew these are amazing hummingbird shots! You could have labeled them for Ruby Tuesday too! :)

Those are great shots. We have several hummingbirds that visit our front porch to check out our coloured lights and flags. I am afraid to put out a feeder because it might attract the wasps that also hang around in the summer. I've planted climbing beans with red flowers. I am hopeful the hummingbirds might be attracted there. - Margy

Can I borrow you camera and your photography skill?

Yesterday, I saw couple of Silver eyes. Before I could get nearer, they flew.
