Header Challenge - Vertical

Christine chose vertical as the theme for this week. I chose Yosemite Valley as the starting point for a header. There is lots of "vertical" there and it is all beautiful. We visited there for several days back in 1990, walking around the valley looking up, looking down from Glacier Point, and driving across the top to leaving via Tioga pass.

The vertical face of Half Dome, as seen from Glacier Point.

Looking down from Glacier Point. Our framed tent accommodations were in the trees off to the bottom right.

I like the shot where you're looking down on the trees. That wall of glass could serve double-duty with next week's reflections theme.

I include a Yosemite shot as well. Great minds and all that, though I came home for my header.

That is one place I've never been and would love to visit. You captured it beautifully. I also love your "looking up the tree" image. I love to do that with the camera, too. It's such a great perspective shot.
