Sky Watch - Where's the sun?

We have not seen much of the sun recently. Our sky looked like this last Saturday and on Tuesday the clouds were atop Catoctin Mountain.  Tropical storm Lee continues to drop rain here, causing flooding in many areas where Irene caused major problems. The weather folks are predicting "partly sunny" for Monday.

Great scenery.

The only advantage to rain is all the green it produces. Hope you don't get flooded out.

Hazy and overcast make for some fabulous shots like these. I am still amazed we had such BEAUTIFUL skies while we were at the beach right after Irene hit. You have captured such beautiful scenery. Nice work. genie

Grey and misty makes for good shots. But how sad that even more rain is coming in the wake of Irene.

Such a beautiful place, Lew, with or without sunshine. I'm sure you're "partly" looking forward to Monday!
