One of the features of Frederick's First Saturday is music. Several groups were performing at different locations downtown. The Echoes sang songs from the Doo-Wop era with the sound very reminiscent of what I heard as a teenager. (And still enjoy today - Marianne has most of the original 45's.) I stopped and listened awhile. Most of those who stopped were over 50, except one little gal, about 3, who was enthralled and went up to the leader to thank him before strolling off with her Mom.

You must live in a lively town. I would have loved to hear that last band.
How fun!
looks like a ton of fun. It’s such a treat playing this meme with you every week. Your shots are always creative and fun. I like how you always include a little description letting me know what I'm looking at. Thanks for stopping by so often, I appreciate your comments. I have a little something for you today.
