Kathy choose "NOW WHY R U TAKING THAT" for this week's theme. Marianne asks me that question also. Usually my answer is "I find it interesting". Often, the result is not as interesting as I hoped when I pointed my camera and squeezed the shutter button. My header is one where the subject decided to exit frame right as I took the picture. The result was an almost full frame of grass as the bird escaped stage right.
A couple of weeks ago, I noticed sparkles of light reflected by rain drops on the windshield of our van. Nice but not spectacular.
The next day, I found two small broken blue eggs in the driveway - tragic accident from the windy night or do we have a nest of baby robins in our tree?
I just liked the lines and colors of this scene under the Carroll Creek suspension bridge.
I thought of doing an exposure experiment with the sun lit water, but changed my mind.
Sidewalk to nowhere?
This one is for my grandson (he'll see it on Facebook)

I think Bloggers playing up Lew, your header and 1 pic isn't showing, Ive had trouble posting too, had to change a few pics that didn't come up
Pop back later and checkout again my friend
Neat captures Lew, I sure the grandson will be happy.
I like them all! It's always fun to see what other people find interesting--and your sparkly water droplets made me think of an image I took that I should've posted and forgot about!
Still cannot get your header Lew
The sidewalk to nowhere reminds me of Fiddler on the Roof. "I'd build a big, tall staircase just going up, and one even longer coming down... and one more leading nowhere--just for show."
All ok now Lew thanks.
Gatta be quicker Lew, lol neat shot my friend and ideal for this weeks theme
Hopefully baby birds--Our first night camping was visited by an hours long many mph windstorm. We remembered the next morning why we hadn't been back there for a while. On our previous visit son 1 had not staked down his tent and it blew a half turn around even with himself and three kids in it. Everyone staked this year (except Grandma and Grandpa in their tiny teardrop trailer.)
Oh, and last night we were visited by masked robbers. Everything was battened down though and so the coons did not get into anything. I took a picture of the footprints they left in evidence.
