Sky Watch - Thunder clouds

Thunder storms have been rolling through the past few days, with heavy rain and minor flooding south and east of us. Wednesday night we got an inch of rain. Today's  cloud left only a little water as they drifted eastward.

Yesterday, while I drove 50 miles in traffic to the airport and 70 back, we had over 2". Tough driving but we needed the rain.

Great clouds Lew.

Great, dramatic sky! Love the cloud formations we get with the storms...but always watch with a little trepidation, wondering what they will bring!

Beautiful dramatic skies, I especially like the electricity lines going through your shots. Hope you didn't have too much troubles from all that rain coming down. Have a great weekend.

Love LOVE clouds.
We are under a tropical storm watch this evening (Baryl - off the coast of Florida.) I should see lots and lots of clouds, eh?
Smiles to you,
J.
