Sky Watch - Welcome home skies

On our trip home from our grandson's birthday celebration, we encountered heavy rain as we passed through Harrisburg, PA. In Maryland the rain had stopped and we spotted a rainbow, but kept on driving. Arriving at home there were blue skies with white clouds to the east, a golden glow to the west, and a rainbow to the south.

Lew: Amazing, we had these rainbows, too. All the way over in North Carolina. I love, love your sequence of photos. Truly beautiful.

Has anyone ever told you that you look like Malcom Forbes? Fortunately, you are still on this side of the garden!

I love that rainbow, it looks like a sword of light stabbing down from the sky.
