PhotoHunt - Hard to find

Have you ever needed to replace one of these and the trip lever inside the tank? A couple of months ago, our original lever (plastic) broke, meaning the toilet would not flush. I could not find an exact replacement, so I bought this one with a brass rod that I bent to fit. It works properly sometimes, but often will not let the flapper valve close so the water keeps on running. This week I have been on a mission to locate a hard to find replacement that works. Thought I had one Friday, but not quite a fit, so the search continues.

Sky Watch - South Carolina skies

The skies in South Carolina last Saturday were clear. The first two shots were shortly after sunrise. The next two were mid-morning, and the last as the sun set with a golden glow in the sky.

My World - Great grandson

We went south to celebrate Thanksgiving with the Marianne's family in South Carolina. We stayed with our Christy this time and had family meals with Jim and Tammy. But the center of attention throughout was Bryce, our 5-month-old great grandson.

Window Views - Sweet windows

On the first Saturday in November, Jeff was painting a Thanksgiving scene on this window of the Sweet Memories candy store. Below is a look into the store through the window.

Later, I stopped by to get a shot of Jeff's finished work.
