Here are three views of windows from the back alleys and side streets in Frederick. Many of the older buildings offer a close view of their neighbors. Above, the building on the left is a parking garage. The second has a more open view and the third is the second floor windows and balcony overlooking a small courtyard.
It is very quiet in your post - I see many windows, and no people. Shh, I feel like there's a baby sleeping in the middle one. The third one looks like an elegant home.
