Sepia sunrise
The first three shots were taken between 7:15 and 7:30 AM on November 15. They have not been altered except to resize for posting. The first was taken through our dining room window and the others out in the yard. (I posted another view of this on Lew's Pics.) The fog quickly dissipated, leaving blue sky and light clouds. The sunset was taken at 5:00 PM.

These are fantastic Lew. That first pic is one of the best I've seen in quite some time, brilliant.

Great shots through the fog and the mist. I enjoy this kind of weather as long as it doesn't hang around too long.
Love the sepia fog one. Very cool.
great captures but my fave is the first photo. It looks beautiful and mysterious at the same time.
very nice shots of a beautiful foggy day, very dramatic.
Love the second photo. I really enjoy looking at your shots Lew. ;D

Lew: That was a neat series of captures in the Fall day.
I love the way the sun rises into fog. YOu've captured it beautifully!
Interesting sky series ... that first one is wonderful and I love the last one too ;-)
Hugs and blessings,
Nice shots, but I particularly love the first one. Very peaceful, it really give me the feeling of being there.
Lovely photos, I love the early morning fog and sunrises. Happy skywatching.
Great photos, i like more the first one. Thanks for sharing
My friend and I were recently talking about how modern society has evolved to become so integrated with technology. Reading this post makes me think back to that debate we had, and just how inseparable from electronics we have all become.
I don't mean this in a bad way, of course! Societal concerns aside... I just hope that as technology further advances, the possibility of uploading our brains onto a digital medium becomes a true reality. It's a fantasy that I daydream about all the time.
