This is a view of my office and the window through which I view the world outside. I have occasionally posted under the theme "Rear Window View" on my Lew's pics blog. So when I saw Mary's invitation for a "Window Views" meme, I quickly joined. I also enjoy photographing buildings and houses, including architectural details. This week my view is inside looking out, though I expect in the future to be viewing windows from the outside. Mary/theTeach is the creator and host of this meme. To join in or see other views, go to Window Views.
hey lew ... looks like your ready for outsite. plenty of places on your patio to hang flower baskets. funny though ... the photo with the dark sky is pretty cool even though it might mean more rain. nikonsniper
Lew, I love the views from your window! How wonderful to have this window to gaze out of when you take a break! Thanks for joining our new meme! I'm delighted!
I joined the Header Challenge team in November. We post a new header each week on a suggested theme. Imac is the founder and head of the team. The members vote for best header and the winner gets the gold. The links above will take you to the other participants.
This blog contains my posts for Our World Tuesday and Sky Watch Friday. Click on the logos below to reach the host site for these memes and links to a world full of great photographers. I also share photos, both present and past, on additional subjects. I may occasionally post photos taken by others and will so note ownership in the post.

Fabulous images. Well done.
Love your pictures and love the new meme. I've always loved taking pictures of and through windows.
Beautiful images. I love the way the darkness of the room contrasts with the bright sunny day outside.

Very zen.
I wish I could see that out my office window! Beautiful! I love in the 2nd picture how the overhead deck beams add some detail.

These are lovely. I especially love how you framed the top shot, with lots of dark and great colors inside the window only.
What a beautiful view!
What an awesome view from your office! I'm not sure if I would be able to concentrate on work there :o)

Hi!
Great view! But I'm afraid I wouldn't get any work done if that view was in my office. Have a great day!!

I echo Sherri's statement that it would be difficult to accomplish work with that lovely view distracting me. You lve in a special place.
