Great shot. There is something very elegant about the way that trees fall down after years of wear.Have a great weekend!Amanda
I am always interested in fallen trees as well. I guess all that trimming was because of it being close to a road or power lines?
Yup i'd say that's ruined!
What a strange and gnarly tree. And a ruined one. I did Photo Hunt today, too. I hope you get a chance to visit and leave your link! http://newyorktraveler.net/photo-hunters-ruined/Have a great weekend!
such great textures one finds in old wood.
It's sorry to see a ruined tree, but I guess it's nature's way of recycling. I invite you to come see my ruins in the bush of Coastal BC. -- Margy
